Everyone’s Environment: Making environmental policy inclusive in Scotland

Synopsis

ERCS was commissioned by NPC’s Everyone’s Environment project to co-produce recommendations for making environmental policy more inclusive in Scotland. Read more about the process.

These recommendations represent the views of a range of Scottish charities, and focus on five areas that were identified as priorities with deliberation groups with Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people, Disabled people, young people and older people:

  • Access to quality green and blue spaces
  • Access to accessible, affordable and clean transport
  • Fair access to renewables
  • High-quality housing
  • Accessible green jobs and skills
