This report explores some of the key barriers that individuals and groups face when seeking justice for violations of their human rights – their civil, political, economic, social, cultural, and environmental rights. It highlights the disproportionate impact of these barriers on people whose rights are most at risk, and outlines 13 priority actions that will improve access to human rights justice in Scotland.
